Used fraud to base a quote

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I took my vehicle in to get appraised. After watching the guy dog my vehicle around the dealership, he come back and told me there was 2 wrecks on my vehicle in the printout he gave me, but there was only one that is actually on the record, and even the details of the 2 wrecks were exactly the same, but still claimed as 2 instead of 1. When I told him I just had it appraised prior to him and that there was only 1 wreck on the detail, he just kept on pushing me with the low-ball offer telling me nothing could be done about the fraud-based quote he wanted to buy my vehicle for, telling me he wouldn't make a profit from it anyway and that they hardly ever do make a profit. According to KBB that's all a lie, and apparently the dealership pays money to use the KBB name and get those connections from KBB, so to claim you lose money from a service you pay for is just outright corrupt to be giving quotes to your customers based on fraudulent information and then ripping off your customers because of it with lowball offers, then showing no concern about the fraud used in the quote whatsoever, only to claim it's that low because of the fraud and because you won't make money on something you paid for yourself. So after all that and getting a quote based on fraud, now my vehicle shocks are horrible sounding and my vehicle is making noise when I drive that was not there prior. Do not trust this dealership as they will just try to damage your vehicle driving wildly around the lot. I trusted them and dogged out my vehicle and then quoted me based on something I told them was fraud and even had the proof with me, but the guy was condescending and didn't seem to care he was giving me a quote based on fraud, as he claimed he wouldn't profit off of buying my vehicle even after basing it on the fraudulent information and giving me a much lower quote due to the fraud and due to the dealerships made-up lies (according to KBB).

No plates... still payments!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I bought a car in May 2017 from Harrelson Nissan. I traded in a 2015 Altima on a 2017 version. The vehicle has been fine, and, a few weeks after the purchase, they requested a copy of my driver's license, no big deal, things get lost. I was asked a total of four times for my DL. This might not sound important, but, it becomes more important later. I received notice that my plates had been transferred a few weeks later. Yesterday, I went online to get my new registration and found out that my plates were invalid and I could not get new ones! Turns out that the dealership had first given the DMV the wrong information (Vin number) from another customer's vehicle. Then there was an issue because the dealership had transposed my DL numbers and that's why my plates were invalid! Then, when I looked at my title complete notice, the dealership had given the Vin from the trade in to the DMV! Now I have no plates, a $284/month payment and NOTHING to drive! I am sitting in the dealership until they get this resolved! The longer I wait the more internet complaints they will get!

HORRIBLE SERVICE ON LEMON BOUGHT

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I Purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima and car had no warranty and per Stephen Painter the finance guy that's no longer employed told me I couldn't purchase an extended at the time. Now less than a year later my transmission is gone in the vehicle and no one wants to help. I called and spoke with GSM Mickey and he told me do a complaint with Nissan Corporate and don't take NO for an answer because there's some recalls on "some" of the 2013 Nissan Altima. I don't understand only some when all have the horrible cheap cvt transmissions in them . I am pissed and very disgusted that Nissan corporate called me back after opening case saying nothing can be done. Harrelson and Nissan need to do something about this and Nissan Corporate for one knows and is aware of the CVT issues and there should be a recall on all cars. I read and seen over 683 complaints on the 2013 Altima transmission and that is really sad and beyond disgraceful. I have been told I would be called back from the dealership and that a call would be made to corporate and I know this will not happen. I will never deal with these liars and scammers again and hope that Nissan will do something about this horrible make of a car.

Nissan Extended Services Contract Cancellation

On 13 May 2013, I sent a cancellation letter to Harrelson Nissan for the service contract of my 2010 Nissan Versa. Within the next two weeks, I waited patiently to hear an acknowledgement of the cancelled service. I called on or about Thursday, May 23rd, to confirm if the letter had indeed arrived. The gentleman I spoke with in the finance department asked the basic questions regarding when I had sent the letter and what information was contained within the letter itself. He put me on hold and within a few minutes informed me that the letter had indeed arrived on 14 May 2013 and that they would expedite the return of the refund to my lien holder by the end of the following week. As the next week arrived, I attempted to contact the finance department again only to be transferred to a line that was a full voice mail. As week four rolled around, I called again and was put in contact with yet another friendly employee that stated she would get the check out today (June 6th) just as soon as she verified with the original lien holder the debt was paid in full. She too was informed that the letter contained the name of the newest lien holder and that the money was to be mailed to my credit union. On Friday, in a familiar twist, I called this employee again only to reach her voice mail. Despite leaving two messages with her (11am 2pm) to update me with the status of the refund, she never called back. During the course of this entire process (one month), despite numerous attempts to reach the dealership via email and phone calls, I was NEVER recontacted by any member of the dealership regarding my inquiries. I always had to call back and hope to find a real person to talk to that was not the receptionist. (Remember, "We treat you like family here at Harrelson Nissan"). Today, at approximately 5pm, I called Nissan Customer Service about this delay. The later I spoke with pulled up my account information. She stated that today (June 7th), the contract with Nissan had been terminated at my request and that they sent the money to Harrelson Nissan. She said to contact them within 2 to 4 weeks for a status on my refund. Sound familiar? I let her know, without the use of any profanity, that I was very unhappy with the dealership in question and wanted a supervisor to explain to me why I would have to wait another month to have this refund sent to my bank. She put me on hold and later came back on the line. She clarified her earlier statement and stated Harrelson Nissan had been sent the refund and that it should already be available for them to send a refund. She told me to call back the dealership again to inquire about when the check would be mailed. The same dealership that told me in May they would expedite its return, only to be told on 06 June they still had not even bothered to pick up the phone and ask the original lien holder if the debt had been paid in full but that they would send out the check yesterday (06 June). Bottom line, I will never walk into the dealership of any Nissan company based upon my experiences with Harrelson Nissan. Not one single returned phone call in over a month...not one returned email in over a month.

Yo-Yo scam... Crooked dealer

bought a year old used car on Saturday, was told that they had reviewed my financing and everything was good to go. Took delivery of the vehicle that day. I called the dealer on Monday twice, to check ensure that everything I was told on Saturday was still good, I was assured everything was fine. On Tuesday the sales rep called to tell me I needed to re-sign the contract, when I asked why I was directed to the finance manager. He told me that there were "problems" with financing, but the price of the car wasn't changing?!? when I asked about the interest rate, he didn't want to tell me over the phone, when I finally pressed, he admitted that it was going up over 5%! When I asked about the monthly payment, again, he was reluctent to tell me. Bottom line, is google yo-yo scam, they played it perfectly. My wife and I ended up talking the car back and getting back our down payment. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone.
